कौशल विकास
इसके अंतर्गत स्थानीय संसाधनों एवं कौशल का उपयोग करते हुए जनजातीय समाज में आर्थिक विकास करने के प्रयास चल रहे हैं। उनके भीतर छिपे कला कौशल को प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर दिया जाता है। सिलाई-कढ़ाई, घरेलू उपयोग की वस्तुएं एवं खिलौने आदि बनाने का काम भी सिखाया जाता है। स्थानीय वस्तुओं पर आधारित उद्योगों को बढ़ावा दिया जाता है तथा विलुप्त होते कुटीर उद्योगों को एक नई दिशा दी जाती है।
कुटीर उद्योग की दृष्टि से अगरबत्ती, मोमबत्ती, साबुन, पाउडर, अचार, पापड़, त्रिफला चूर्ण, जैम, जेली, मुरब्बा, टमाटर सॉस आदि बनाकर आर्थिक रूप से स्वावलंबी बनाया जाता है।
कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम की मदद से ग्रामीण इलाकों में रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ने की संभावना बनती है। गांव के सभी युवक चाहे अनपढ़ हो या पढ़े लिखे कौशल विकास के माध्यम से परिश्रम कर अपना जीवन स्तर सुधार सकते हैं। वनवासियों द्वारा निर्मित वस्तुओं का शहरों में विक्रय हो इसका भी पूरा प्रयास किया जाता है। शहरों में समय-समय पर उनके द्वारा निर्मित वस्तुओं की प्रदर्शनी भी लगाई जाती है।
इस कार्यक्रम से हमारे महापुरुषों का ग्राम स्वरोजगार का सपना साकार हो रहा है।
वनवासी को रोजी-रोटी के लिए पलायन से मुक्ति मिली है और उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ हुई है।
Skill Development
Under this project, local resources and skills are used for the economic development of the tribal society. People are encouraged and provided opportunities to develop their hidden talents. They are taught sewing, knitting, making items of daily use and toys etc. Cottage industries based on local resources and such industries which are on the verge of extinction are encouraged to grow and develop.
Cottage industries like making of Incense sticks, candles, Soap, Powder, Pickles, Papad, Trifulla Churn, Jam, Jelly, Murraba, Tomato sauce etc. help in making the tribals self-dependent and the youth, irrespective of whether they are literate, or illiterate get an opportunity to work and improve their standard of living.
Efforts are made to sell the product of these cottage industries in the urban areas by organizing various exhibitions.
The goal of our elders of making the villagers self-employed and halting their migration to far off places in search of livelihood is being fulfilled by this project.
